Splash around at bath time with Thomas the Tank engine and the Thomas Bath Island. Suitable for children from two years old, this bath toy is a bright and cheerful hive of activity. The feature that will undoubtedly be the favourite of your little bather is Thomas on his slippery track down into the water. Sit Thomas on the mouth of the tunnel, press down on the little red signal and watch Thomas launch himself down his track. Other fun aquatic features include a spinning windmill and a water tower with attached spinning wheel for some good scope and pouring fun. The whole island attaches to the bath with two suction cups, and just to ensure that Thomas knows what to do in water, his friend Bulstrode the tugboat is included to show him the way.  A lot of fun December 18, 2008
Having read a few of the other reviews I was expecting this to be falling off the bath every few minutes, but it doesnt. In fact we have to prise it off the side of the bath at the end of bathtime! Maybe theyve improved the suction pads since some of the earlier reviews?
The slide can be knocked off easily but I'd actually regard that as a good thing as, because it sticks out from the toy, it wont hurt when small bodies knock into it.
Our 20 month old loves it and we love it too! We liked it so much we bought another two as presents for other kids.

My boys love this toy. They have had loads of fun over the last couple of years getting Thomas to slide down the ramp and pouring water over the water wheel. It's their favourite bath toy.
We haven't had problems with it sticking, but it can slide as it's quite heavy. If the water isn't too deep it's fine.

My little boy is 2 and loves this in the bath. Putting things down the slide and using a jug to pour water in the top and making the wheel go round.

WE bought this toy as a last ditch attempt to get our toddler back in the bath without him screaming. It worked!!
The Bath Island captivated him, lept him occupied while i washed him and helped make bathtime fun again.
The only little complaint is that when you fill the watertub it kept sliding down on that side, but it wasn't too much of a problem.

My kids love this toy and it makes them want to take a bath, which is always a good thing. We have had no problem with it sticking to the tub. The downside is the slide--it falls off if you just look at it. The kids give up and just launch the train and boat without the slide! They love the bubble maker and the water wheel, though.
Buy it only if it is on sale and you have a big Thomas fan.
